Every Simpli Press comes with a 30 Day Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects throughout the warranty term. This includes unlimited technical and post-purchase support, complimentary replacement service and full coverage if your product is defective.

Made Simpli LLC warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 30 Days from the original date of consumer purchase.
This warranty is valid only for:
- The original consumer.
- When the product is purchased through authorized retailers.
- With the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.
Within the period of this warranty, Made Simpli LLC will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Made Simpli LLC technician.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Made Simpli LLC except for the following expenses.
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Simpli Press outside Made Simpli LLC’s published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Made Simpli LLC: (g) to a Simpli Press Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Made Simpli LLC; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Simpli Press Product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Before receiving warranty service, Made Simpli LLC or its agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow Made Simpli LLC’s procedures for obtaining warranty service. Following warranty service, your Simpli Press Product or a replacement component will be sent to you as your Simpli Press Product was configured when originally purchased, subject to applicable updates.

The buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem, to the address provided by Made Simpli LLC’s representative.
What can you expect if you submit a valid claim?
If during the Warranty Period you submit a valid claim to Made Simpli LLC, Made Simpli LLC will, at its option, (i) send you new or previously used components that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (ii) replace the Simpli Press Product with a device that is at least functionally equivalent to the Simpli Press Product and is formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (iii) exchange the Simpli Press Product for a refund of your purchase price.
Made Simpli LLC may request that you replace certain user-installable parts or Simpli Press Products. A replacement part or Simpli Press Product, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Simpli Press, assumes the remaining term of the Warranty. When a Simpli Press Product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and if the item is refunded it becomes Made Simpli LLC's property.
