Shipping & Returns
Estimated shipping date for preorders is Winter 2019.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. It must also be in the original packaging, wrapped the same way it arrived to avoid shipping damages. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with your Order Number and the description of the damaged items you wish to exchange. We will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions for how to proceed with your exchange.
We can only offer exchanges or refunds on items bought directly from simplipresscoffee.com. Please contact the store in which the products were originally purchased from for assistance with these other transactions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please do wrap the product the same way it arrived to avoid shipping damages. Any shipping damages that occur from incorrectly packaging the product will be deducted from your refund.
Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance will help guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
